Return/Refund Policy

What is the time window for returning products?  

Our hope is that all of our customers are fully satisfied with our products. However, if your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt for a refund. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for all refunds, except for:

  • Defective items
  • Returns made due to shipping error

IMPORTANT: Refunds cannot be issued if items are not returned back to us.


    What are the requirements for the products I'm returning?

    In order for refunds to be issued, please keep in mind that the products are:

    • In original and unused conditions
    • Not tempered with
    • Undamaged

    For defective items & returns made due to shipping error, refunds will be issued no-questions-asked if sent back to us in a timely manner.


    Do you guys reimburse shipping charges?

    Unfortunately, shipping charges are not reimbursed at this time unless products are defective or there had been a shipping error.
